• Account and profile information for buyers, dealers, and staff
• Listing content you upload (vehicle details, photos, walkaround video)
• Usage data such as pages viewed, app interactions, and device type
• Communications with support or between buyers and dealers through the platform
• Safety reports and moderation records, which may include the content you report, related conversation details, reporter information, the reason for the report, and actions we take (such as filtering, blocking, suspension, or removal)

3. How we use information

• Provide the marketplace: feed, bookings, dealer console, notifications
• Verify dealers and stands before they list vehicles
• Improve product performance, safety, and fraud prevention
• Review reports of objectionable content, filter abusive material, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect users from harassment or misuse
• Send service messages (booking confirmations, OTP codes, account alerts)
• Comply with legal obligations in Nigeria

4. Safety reports and community moderation

When you report content or block a user, we process the information needed to investigate and respond. That can include message or listing excerpts, your account details as the reporter, the reported user’s account details, and a record of our review and outcome. We use this information only for safety, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our Terms of Use, and we keep it only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when needed to run the service, for example with dealers you choose to contact, payment or SMS providers, cloud hosting, or when required by law. We may share limited report details with our moderation team and service providers who help us operate safety tooling.

6. Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Moderation and safety records may be retained longer than routine account activity when needed to prevent repeat abuse or to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service is 100% secure.

8. Changes
